      SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SCBAM) would like to inform you that the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the adjustment of the fee ceiling for 186 mutual funds under our management (as listed in the attached table). This adjustment, effective from September 1, 2025, involves a reduction in the maximum allowable rates for management fees and other expenses, ensuring that the total fee ceiling aligns with the overall fee structure of each fund. Please note that this amendment does not affect the actual fees currently charged to the mutual funds, which remain unchanged.
