SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to inform that the 9 Funds listed in the table below have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to change the fund type to SRI Fund as the Funds promote environmental or social characteristics or have sustainability-related investments and update names and investment policies to align with the changes made by the Master Fund per following details.

Remarks :
(1) The change in fund type is to upgrade the Funds that align with the SEC criteria to be classified as SRI Fund. Such change has no impact to the funds’ investment policy. SCBAM will disclose and report the SRI Fund management as required by the SEC.
(2) The changes in the Master Funds’ information are solely updates of the changes made by the Master Funds to comply with the ESMA Guidelines, while their investment policies remain unchanged.
The change of fund type will be effective from 11 September 2025 onwards, while the update of the Master Fund’s information will be effective from 12 September 2025 onwards, except for SCBTHAICG, which will be effective from 15 December 2025 onwards. Kindly note that redemption fee and switching out fee of SCBTHAICG (if any) will be exempted from 15 September 2025 to 12 December 2025.
