This Fund invests in the leasehold rights to immovable properties in respect of which the value of the leasehold rights may decline in time with the remaining lease period. This will decrease the value of the investment unit of the Fund accordingly. The investor will receive initial investment and return in the form of dividend. Once the lease term expires according to the leasehold right that the Fund has invested in, the value of the investment units may decrease to Baht zero.
