SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) launched the IPO of SCBUSDADVANTAGE from 4 - 26 August 2026. However, at the end of the offering period, less than 35 investors had subscribed to the Fund. In accordance with SEC regulations, SCBAM is required to cancel the establishment of SCBUSDADVANTAGE and will proceed with the cancellation process as specified in the prospectus.
