SCB PVD ONLINE - QUICK START

1. How to start using SCB PVD ONLINE?

Answer: Please contact your company PVD coordinator. The PVD coordinator will submit the necessary information to the registrar to entered the system. Once it is set up, you will receive an SMS or e-mail notification to begin the registration process via SCB PVD ONLINE Click

You can follow the steps as follows:

  1. Go to SCB PVD Online Click
  2. Click “Register”
  3. Fill Member code / Company code / mobile phone or email that has been informed to the Registrar. Click “OK”.
  4. If the information is correct, you will receive SMS-OTP or e-mail OTP.
  5. Fill OTP to confirm the process.
  6. Create your username and password, then click “OK” to finish.

2. What to do when account is locked or forgot password?

Answer: You can follow the steps as follows:
  1. Click “Forgot username/ password?” on SCB PVD ONLINE homepage
  2. Choose “Member”
  3. Fill Company Code / ID number or Passport number / Date of birth / mobile phone or email that has been informed to the Registrar. Click “OK”.
  4. If the information is correct, you will receive SMS-OTP or e-mail OTP.
  5. Fill OTP to confirm the process
  6. You will receive username and password (2 separate messages) via SMS or e-mail.
  7. Log in by username and password from 6.) then the system will force you to set up a new password.

3. How to change an investment plan through SCB PVD ONLINE?

Answer : You can follow the steps as follows:
  1. Log in SCB PVD ONLINE then click “Change Plan”
  2. Choose Switching or Reallocate (Depend on employer’s requirement)
  3. Choose a new investment plan
  4. Accept the risk and confirm to change the investment plan

Note : You can cancel the order if the order status is “pending” (This service is only for employers who request to change the investment plans through SCB PVD ONLINE only)

4. Why does the password expire? and how to request a new password?

Answer :
  • If you haven't logged in to SCB PVD Online and/or SCB MyProvidentfund for 90 days or more, your account will be locked. Please click “Forgot username/password?” and follow steps to unlock your account.

5. What is the web browser’s version / Mobile phone’s version can be used SCB PVD ONLINE
