The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued new regulations for Sustainable and Responsible Investing Fund (SRI Fund), requiring clearer disclosure of information, including sustainability objectives, eligible and prohibited investments, and other key information, enabling investors to better understand the Funds' characteristics.
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“SCBAM”) has updated the 21 SRI Funds to comply with the above SEC regulations. The revisions have been approved by the SEC and will be effective from 15 September 2026 onwards per following details.

Such changes relate solely to the disclosure format as required by the SEC and do not affect the Funds’ investment policies and risk level. Furthermore, the unitholder can access summary of key sustainability-related information of each Fund in the sustainability corner section, which is available in the Fund's factsheet.
