SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to inform the unitholder that SCB Sustainable Emerging Markets Equity Fund (SCBEMEQFUND) has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission Office on the Master Fund change. The Fund’s settlement date shall also be updated to be aligned with the new Master Fund. Such change will be effective from 31 March 2026 onwards per following details.

The Master Fund, Lazard Emerging Markets Equity Fund, primarily invests in equity of emerging market issuers, aligning with SCBEMEQFUND’s investment policy. The Master Fund aims to deliver long‑term returns through investments in companies with solid financial strength and appropriate valuations, supported by an investment approach that integrates both quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as ESG factors throughout the investment process.
