As the Stock Exchange of Thailand will discontinue the calculation and publication of SET ESG Index and SET ESG Ratings by the end of 2026, the SRI Funds that utilize such ESG data as part of their investment management are required to revise their reference data sources accordingly.
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“SCBAM”) has amended the Funds’ prospectus to replace the data provider or sustainability assessment provider and revise benchmarks used to measure the Funds’ performance. The amendments have been approved by the SEC and will be effective from 28 December 2026 onwards per following details.

(1) MSCI Solutions (UK) Limited is the provider of MSCI ESG Ratings, an ESG assessment framework designed to evaluate a company's ability to manage financially material ESG risks and opportunities relative to its industry peers. Companies are rated on a seven-level scale ranging from AAA (highest) to CCC (lowest). The Funds will invest in companies demonstrating strong ESG characteristics with an MSCI ESG Rating of BB or above.
(2) FTSE International Limited is the provider of FTSE ESG Scores, an ESG assessment framework designed to evaluate a company's ability to manage ESG risks and opportunities relative to its industry peers. Companies are scored on a scale ranging from 0 (lowest) to 5 (highest). SCBTP is an index fund tracking the FTSE4Good Thailand Large/Mid Cap Index, which requires constituent securities to have a minimum FTSE ESG Score of 2.9 for inclusion and 2.4 for continued index membership.
Such changes do not have a material impact on the Funds’ investment policies, portfolios, returns or risk level. For the convenience of unitholders, the redemption fee and switching out fee of the Funds (if any) will be exempted from 21 October 2026 to 27 December 2026.
