Increase in registered capital of SCBPIN

This is to notify that the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) has approved the increase in the registered capital from the existing registered capital of 10,000,000,000 Baht to be 15,000,000,000 Baht. This change will be effective from 20th September 2019 onwards.
