       As SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Management Company) has temporary suspended for subscription/redemption and switching orders of SCBADAGIO and SCBMBOND since August 31^st , 2020 for approximately 4 weeks, the Management Company would like to inform you that since H2O Adagio and H2O MultiBonds which are the Master Funds of SCBADAGIO and SCBMBOND respectively still suspended for trading orders. Initially, the Master Funds have notified an unofficial schedule of the orders opening time on October 14^th, 2020. (subject to change)

       Therefore, the Management Company would like to extend the period of temporary suspension for subscription/redemption and switching orders of SCBADAGIO and SCBMBOND until the specified period and will announce to the unitholders upon confirmation of the order opening time or any changes from the Master Fund via www.scbam.com
