       SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to inform you that SCBSETFUND, SCBMLT, SCBABSFUND and SCBSET50FUND have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on 26 October 2022 to be able to invest in other funds under management of SCBAM no more than 3 tiers in total and such investment must be aligned with the fund's investment policy. For example, the 1^st Fund invests in the 2^nd Fund, the 2^nd Fund invests in the 3^rd Fund and all 3 funds are under management of SCBAM. This change will be effective from 10 January 2023 onwards.

       ​Kindly note that Redemption fee and Switching out fee of the amended funds (if any) will be exempted from 9 November 2022 to 9 January 2023.
