       On November 23, 2016, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the amendments to SCB Dividend Stock 70/30 Long Term Equity Fund (SCBLT1), SCB Inter Long Term Equity Fund (SCBLT4), SCB Stock Plus Long Term Equity Fund (SCBLT2), SCB Smart Long Term Equity Fund (SCBLTS), SCB MAI Stock Long Term Equity Fund (SCBLT3) and SCB Target Long Term Equity Fund (SCBLTT) per the following details:

1. Change of tax benefit period and required holding period
   1.1  The tax benefit period is extended until 31 December 2019.
   1.2  For fund units purchased from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2019, the required holding period to be entitled to tax benefit has increased from 5 calendar years to 7 calendar years.
   1.3  For fund units purchased prior to 1 January 2016, the required holding period still remains at 5 calendar years.
2. Change the use of word “tax manual” to investment manual” per the SEC announcement.
3. Change of benchmark definition under the following conditions
   3.1  As SCBAM sees fit so long as the new definition is within the fund’s investment policy (as allowed per AIMC announcement).
   3.2  Per AIMC and/or SEC announcements and/or regulations, or in case where the benchmark ceased to be published.

Such changes will be announced on SCBAM’s website prior to taking effect.

4. Change of required announcement lead time from 7 days to 30 days in advance (unless in case where such change is deemed beneficial to the unitholders then the lead time will be 1 day) on the following issues
   4.1  Offer of fund unit subscription after the initial public offering period
   4.2  Offer of fund unit redemption
   4.3  Switching of fund units
   4.4  Fees and other expenses to investors, unitholders and the fund
