SCB Asset Management Company Limited would like to inform the unitholder that SCBINNO has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission Office on fund type and investment policy change to be a feeder fund. The Fund’s settlement period shall be also updated to be aligned with the Master Fund. Such change will be effective from 15 December 2025 onwards per following details.

The Fund mainly invests in investment units of foreign funds, such as CIS and/or ETF which mainly invest in securities / instruments of companies that are relevant to disruptive innovation theme such as Genomic Revolution Companies, Automation Transformation Companies, Energy Transformation Companies, Artificial Intelligence Companies, Next Generation Internet Companies and Fintech Innovation Companies. The Fund will have an average net exposure in investment units of foreign funds having characteristics as mentioned above, in an accounting period at least 80% of the Fund’s NAV and will invest at least 2 foreign funds, with an average investment in each fund not exceeding 79% of the Fund’s NAV in any accounting period. Investment Proportion in investment units of foreign funds depends on the fund managers’ discretion. |
The Fund mainly invests in the investment units of Amova ARK Disruptive Innovation Fund (Master Fund) A USD share class which is a sub-fund of Amova AM Global Umbrella Fund managed by FundRock Management Company S.A. The Master Fund qualifies as a Société d'investissement à capital variable (SICAV) and complies with the regulations of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) under the laws of Luxembourg. The investment objective of the Master Fund is to achieve a long term capital growth. The Master Fund will invest, under normal market conditions, primarily in global equity securities of companies that are relevant to the Fund’s investment theme of disruptive innovation. The Fund will have an average net exposure in investment units of the Master Fund, in an accounting period at least 80% of the Fund’s NAV. |

The advantage of the change is to enhance portfolio management for the utmost benefit to unitholders. The Master Fund, Amova ARK Disruptive Innovation, primarily invests in global equity securities of companies that are relevant to disruptive innovation theme. The investment portfolio generally consists of approximately 40 to 65 stocks, with no restrictions regarding industry sectors, countries, or market capitalization which is in consistency with SCBINNO’s investment objective. In addition, the Master fund has appointed ARK Investment Management LLC as its Investment Advisor.
