SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to notify the unitholders that SCBAM has obtained the approval from the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC Office) on 24 March 2020 to amend the mutual fund scheme of 4 funds under management to ensure compliance with the Notification of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. SorNor. 28/2020 regarding the policy on borrowing or entering into a repurchase agreement for the purpose of liquidity management of the fund. The amendments can be summarized as follows:

The Management Company may borrow money, or enter into a repurchase agreements, in the name of the Fund; in compliance with the rules, conditions, and procedures as stipulated by the SEC Office only for the purpose of liquidity management of the Fund. |
