SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company) would like to inform unitholders that the above mentioned Funds has been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 16 August 2019 to amend the Fund’s Investment Plan regarding securities classification in accordance with the regulations of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission SEC which has classified debt instruments that the issuer has the right to enforce early redemption (callable) and the debt instruments that the holder has the right on the issuer to repay the debt before maturity date (puttable) as securities type: structured note with details summarized as follows:

The Fund may invest in or hold structured notes that the issuer has the right to enforce early redemption (callable) or debt instruments that holders have rights on issuers to repay the debt before maturity date (puttable) with definite return or at the rate that may change according to the interest rate of the financial institution or other interest rates and does not specify the conditions of payment of compensation based on additional reference factors and registered with ThaiBMA in accordance with the rules for the issuance and offering of debt securities. |
