Summary of January and February Report:
As of January 2024, given the evolution of certain assets held within side-pocketed (“SP”), the estimated valuations as of the end of January have been revised downward.
As of February 2024, no major change in February 2024 regarding the estimated valuations. Additionally, the details of the second reimbursement, initially communicated on January 26th, will be disclosed shortly. February 2024 estimated valuations will serve as the basis for calculating the second reimbursement per share class unit. Our commitment in carrying out the complete liquidation of the SP funds remains unchanged, as does our intention to treat unitholders equally.
