Side Pockets – September and October 2021 report SCBADAGIO & SCBMBOND

As SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) previously announced on the closure of SCBADAGIO and SCBMBOND and returned the sale proceeds from the Mirror Fund after deduction of expenses to the unitholders.

SCBAM would like to further update on the Side Pockets – October 2021 report for H2O Adagio SP SR and H2O MultiBonds SP I (the Master Funds of SCBADAGIO and SCBMBOND respectively) as follows:

Monthly comments:

H2O AM continues to work alongside its advisers, on the placements of the SP funds with a view to selling them under the best possible conditions.
In the current circumstances and in the best interest of the unitholders, it was decided to suspend the publication of the estimated monthly values of the SP funds. As soon as possible, H2O AM will resume the edition of the estimated values of the SPs. In the meantime, the latest estimated valuations are therefore those as at August 31^st, 2021.
