          SCB Asset Management Company Limited would like to inform the unitholder that SCB Japan Active Equity (SCBJAPAN) and SCB Japan Active Equity RMF (SCBRMJAPAN) have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 17 April 2024 to change the Management Company of Goldman Sachs Japan Equity Partners Portfolio (Master Fund) per following details.

          Since Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has restructured its affiliated management companies, namely Goldman Sachs Asset Management Fund Services Limited and Goldman Sachs Asset Management B.V., to improve business efficiency by combining the funds under the laws of Luxembourg to reduce the overlap of funds and develop specialization by asset class within each management companies, they appointed Goldman Sachs Asset Management B.V. to act as new Management Company.

          Such change is only due to the business reorganization, there is no impact to Fund management team, investment policy and strategy of the Master Fund.
