The merging of unit classes does not affect any benefit of unitholders in class B and is beneficial to unitholders in class C, the summary as follows

The Management Company will stop accepting of subscription order for Class C from March 2 -9, 2018 and will transfer Class C units to Class B by using the NAV per unit of Class B and C at March 12, 2018 in calculating the number of Class B units to be received and will cancel Class C units on the same date.
