SCB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. as investment manager of the Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF), Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF), Siri Prime Office Property Fund (SIRIP), Crystal Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CRYSTAL), TICON Industrial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (TGROWTH), Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund (PPF), Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (DIF), CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNCG) and CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF), would like to announces the dividend payment and capital reduction will be on February 23, 2017. Book Close for entitlement to the dividend and capital reduction for unitholders name appears as of the book close date. As follow;

Remark* : The purpose of capital reduction of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF) is to return excess liquidity of the fund caused by unrealized loss from revaluation in property, total amount of Baht 35,079,120.
