Redemption of fund units
(Exclude SCBSFFPLUS) |
Fund units can be redeemed via the followings:
1. At unitholder’s discretion – All share classes can be redeemed at unitholder’s discretion, subjected to fund’s holiday calendar
2. Automatic redemption – Only Auto-redemption share class is entitled to automatic redemption. SCBAM will automatically redeem the Auto-redemption share class no more than 12 times per calendar year (except SCBBANKING and SCBENERGY no more than 2 times per calendar year). The frequency and redemption amounts shall be determined by SCBAM based on returns of investment. |
Dividend payments

- Dividend payments shall be in accordance with the followings:
Accumulative : no dividend
Auto-redemption : no dividend
Dividend : pays dividend
Individual/Group : no dividend
- Dividend payment details (not applicable to SCBBANKING and SCBENERGY,use existing details )
SCBAM will pays dividend for Dividend share class no more than 12 times per calendar year. The frequency and dividend amounts shall be determined by SCBAM based on earnings and/or cumulative earnings of the fund whereby such dividend payment shall not further increase the deficit in cumulative earnings during the same dividend period.

Other sections in the investment guideline that shall be amended in relation to share classes include Definitions, Units Subscription during and after the IPO, Units redemption, Units switching, Dividend payments, Fees and other expenses, Calculation methods, Calculation period, AUM, NAV and fund price announcement, Procedures when NAV is calculated incorrectly, Procedure when seeking approval from unitholders and Procedure to amend or change the investment guideline.
