       Since SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company) has launched the IPO of SCB Complex Return 1YO Not for Retail Investors (SCBCR1YO) during 18^th – 24^th of May 2021, by the end of the offering period appears that less than 35 investors interested in purchasing investment units, the Management Company is required  to cancel the establishment of SCBCR1YO and will proceed as specified in the prospectus.
