SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to notify an amendment to the Mutual Fund Scheme with adjustment to the Fund Type According to Special Characteristics. The change will be effective from 21st October 2021 onwards. The approval was granted by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (the SEC Office) on 20th September 2021, details are as follows:

The advantages of the change will help to streamline the portfolio management. However, this change will have no impact to SCBFINTECH’s investment policy because ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) has been one of the existing funds.
In addition, the Fund has obtained the approval to amend the Mutual Fund Scheme in other matters to comply with the SEC’s Notification on 17th September 2021.
