SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to inform that the 8 Funds listed in the table below have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the Funds’ prospectus and commitment in accordance with the SEC regulations governing general mutual funds due to the expiration of the tax benefits previously granted to LTF per following details.

Remarks :
(1) The fund type of SCBLT1FUND and SCBLTS have changed from Equity Fund (risk level 6) to Mixed Fund (risk level 5), to align with the Funds’ investment policy since inception date.
(2) The fund type of SCBLT2FUND, SCBLT3FUND, SCBLT4FUND, SCBLTSE, SCBLTSET and SCBLTTFUND still remain as Equity Fund, while the Funds’ investment policy has been revised to comply with the current SEC regulations from investing in equity on average in a fiscal year at least 65% of NAV to investing in equity on average in a fiscal year at least 80% of NAV. However, such change will not affect the Funds’ management approach or risk profile as the Funds mainly invest in equities since inception date.
In addition, the Fund have been approved to amend other sections to align with the general mutual fund regulations. Key amendments are as follows:

The conversion of LTF to general mutual fund will be effective from 30 December 2025 onwards. Kindly note that redemption fee and switching out fee (if any) of SCBLT2FUND, SCBLT3FUND, SCBLT4FUND, SCBLTSE, SCBLTSET and SCBLTTFUND will be exempted from 20 October 2025 to 29 December 2025.
