SHARE
SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) as investment manager, would like to inform the unitholders that SCBAM is going to request the aforementioned resolution by using the information from the Unitholder Register as of April 20, 2016 at 8.30 am. The unitholders who make investments as from April 20, 2016 onwards will not receive any notice regarding this issue.
In addition, if SCBAM has already obtained the resolution for merging the mutual fund and terminating the fund, the information of each and every unitholder shall be transferred to the fund which accepts the transfer of assets, rights, and duties accordingly.
