SCB Asset Management Company Limited would like to inform you that SCBPOP, SCBRMPOP and SCBEMEQFUND have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 18th August 2022 for the change of Master Fund name and investment policy to be aligned with the Master Fund details. The change will be effective from 1st November 2022 onwards, as following details.

Master Fund Name: Fidelity Funds - Sustainable Demographics Fund Adding Investment Policy: A minimum of 90% of the fund’s net assets will be analyzed as to whether they maintain sustainable characteristics and a minimum of 70% of the fund’s net assets will be invested in securities deemed to maintain sustainable characteristics, as described in the section entitled “Fidelity Sustainable Family of Funds”. When selecting investments, the fund’s investment universe will be reduced by at least 20% due to the exclusion of issuers on the basis of their ESG characteristics. |
| SCBEMEQFUND | Master Fund Name: Fidelity Funds - Emerging Markets Focus Fund | Master Fund Name: Fidelity Funds - Sustainable Emerging Markets Equity Fund Adding Investment Policy: A minimum of 90% of the fund’s net assets will be analyzed as to whether they maintain sustainable characteristics and a minimum of 70% of the fund’s net assets will be invested in securities deemed to maintain sustainable characteristics, as described in the section entitled “Fidelity Sustainable Family of Funds”. The average ESG rating of the fund will exceed the average ESG rating of the fund’s investment universe, as represented by the Index after the exclusion of 20% of the assets with the lowest ESG ratings. |
