On 17 October 2016, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the amendments to SCB INCOME PLUS FUND (SCBPLUS), SCB FIXED INCOME PLUS FUND (SCBFP), SCB FOREIGN SHORT TERM FIXED INCOME (SCBFST) and SCB SHORT TERM AUD OPEN END FUND (SCBAUD) allowing the funds to invest in structured note issued by Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), whose underlying is in accordance with the SEC’s regulation and is rated investment grade.
