The fund shall have the following share classes:

1. Accumulative
   (SCBSET, SCBDVA, SCBFP, SCBGOLDH, SCBOIL)
   Suitable for unitholders seeking capital gain.
2. Auto-redemption
   (SCBSETR, SCBDVR, SCBFPR, SCBGOLDHR, SCBOILR)
   suitable for unitholders seeking to receive periodic cash flows via automatic redemption of fund units
3. Dividend
   (SCBSETD,SCBDV,SCBFPD,SCBGOLDHD,SCBOILD)
   suitable for unitholders seeking to receive periodic cash flows via dividend payments.    
4. Individual/Group
   (SCBSETP,SCBDVP,SCBFPP,SCBGOLDHP,SCBOILP)
   suitable for individual, group of individuals, juristic person or institution seeking capital gain. This share class will initially be limited to unitholders who are SCBAM’s private fund and/or provident fund clients until further notice.

Fund units can be redeemed via the followings:

1. At unitholder’s discretion – All share classes can be redeemed at unitholder’s discretion, subjected to fund’s holiday calendar

2. Automatic redemption – Only Auto-redemption share class is entitled to automatic redemption. SCBAM will automatically redeem the Auto-redemption share class no more than 12 times per calendar year (except SCBDV no more than 2 times per calendar year). The frequency and redemption amounts shall be determined by SCBAM based on factors such as investment value and/or returns of underlying fund and/or underlying assets and/or earnings and/or cumulative earnings of the fund.

- Dividend payments shall be in accordance with the followings:
  Accumulative      : no dividend
  Auto-redemption : no dividend
  Dividend            : pays dividend
  Individual/Group : no dividend

SCBAM will pays dividend for Dividend share class no more than 12 times per calendar year. The frequency and dividend amounts shall be determined by SCBAM based on earnings and/or cumulative earnings of the fund whereby such dividend payment shall not further increase the deficit in cumulative earnings during the same dividend period.
