Kindly be informed that on 10 April 2017, the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the following amendment(s) to the investment guideline regarding share classes of SCB Set Index Fund (SCBSET), SCB Dividend Stock Open End Fund (SCBDV), SCB Fixed Income Plus Fund (SCBFP), SCB Gold THB Hedged Open End Fund (SCBGOLDH) and SCB Oil Fund (SCBOIL) as follows:

Redemption of fund units |
Fund units can be redeemed via the followings: 1. At unitholder’s discretion – All share classes can be redeemed at unitholder’s discretion, subjected to fund’s holiday calendar 2. Automatic redemption – Only Auto-redemption share class is entitled to automatic redemption. SCBAM will automatically redeem the Auto-redemption share class no more than 12 times per calendar year (except SCBDV no more than 2 times per calendar year). The frequency and redemption amounts shall be determined by SCBAM based on factors such as investment value and/or returns of underlying fund and/or underlying assets and/or earnings and/or cumulative earnings of the fund. |

Other sections in the investment guideline that shall be amended in relation to share classes include Definitions, Units Subscription during and after the IPO, Units switching, Fees and other expenses, Calculation methods, Calculation period, AUM, NAV and fund price announcement, Procedures when NAV is calculated incorrectly, Procedure when seeking approval from unitholders and Procedure to amend or change the investment guideline.
The above changes will not be in effect immediately. SCBAM will inform unitholders of the effective date through scbam website.
