SCB Asset Management Co.,Ltd., (SCBAM) as management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) would like to inform the progress of the Renovation Project of CentralPlaza Pinklao Shopping Complex as follows:

| Area under renovation and renovation period of the CentralPlaza Pinklao Shopping Complex (the Renovation Project) | Phase 1 : Approximated is 85 percent of total area of G and 1st - 4th floors: The renovation will be done gradually starting from G floor to upper floor. The renovation period is expected to be 6 months. (April – September 2015) During the renovation, the shopping complex will normally be opened whereby the areas that will remain opened for operation during the renovation in year 2015 are as follows: - Area of Central Pinklao Department Store - Phase 2 area which is located between CentralPlaza Pinklao Department Store and the office buildings - Plaza area which is located on 5th -6th floors - The area of the Office Buildings Tower A and Tower B. |
Phase 1 : 1. Phase 1 area of renovation has been completed and the whole area of phase 1 shopping complex has been re-opened since Dec 4, 2015 2. The renovation of façade-structure has been completed 100% while the installation of lighting system is still in progress. |
| Phase 2 : Approximate 15 percent of total area of 1st - 4th floors: Phase 2 area is located between CentralPlaza Pinklao Department Store and the office buildings. The renovation will be implemented without any area closing. |
Phase 2 : According the project plan, the renovation of phase 2 area will start on Jan 15, 2016, and will be implemented on every floor simultaneously only in the night time. The property manager estimate that the renovation will be completed and already for full service by the end of May, 2016. | |
