SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to notify all unitholders that SCBAM has received the approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (the SEC Office) on 9th and 13th September 2021 to amend the mutual fund scheme, details as follows:

  • Adjustment to the Fund Type According to Special Characteristics will be effective from 15th October 2021 onwards.
Existing New

Fund Type According to Special Characteristics:

- Fund of Funds

Fund Type According to Special Characteristics:

- Feeder Fund

Name of the master fund: DWS Multi Opportunities
(Details of the master fund will be specified in the prospectus)

SCBGIN will focus to invest in DWS Multi Opportunities in EUR currency with an average exposure in an accounting year of not less than 80 % of the Fund’s Net Asset Value.

The advantages of the change will help to streamline the portfolio management and clearer understanding from the investor’s perspective.  However, this change will have no impact to SCBGIN’s investment policy because the master fund has been one of the existing funds. Both of the existing funds possess similar investment approach and have been managed by the same fund manager team.
