            SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to notify the dissolution of SCB Thai Trigger (SCBTG), the Fund allows unitholders to redeem and switch out investment units every business day. On 11 November 2021, there were unitholders submitting orders for redemption and switching out of investment units resulting that on 12 November 2021, the number of unitholders was reduced to less than 35 which caused the Fund dissolution condition as specified in the prospectus and in accordance with the regulation prescribed by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

            Therefore, SCBAM will stop accepting redemption and switching out orders from 12 November 2021 onwards. After selling securities or assets of the Fund for the redemption payment, SCBAM will proceed to liquidate the Fund.
