This is to notify that the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) has approved the amendment to the Investment guideline on 10 July 2019 regarding the division of investment units share classes to provide an alternative to unitholders, to be effective on 25 July 2019. In addition, the SEC has approved the increase in the registered capital from the existing registered capital of 50,000,000,000 Baht to be 100,000,000,000 Baht. This change will be effective from 12th July 2019 onwards (Additional information).
