SCB Asset Management Company Limited (“SCBAM”) as the liquidator of GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GLANDRT”) would like to inform that CPN REIT Management Company Limited (the “REIT Manager” ) Notifying Postponement of Subscription Period of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT Unit (“CPNREIT”) the more information will get from;  https://www.set.or.th/set/companynews.do?symbol=CPNREIT&ssoPageId=8&language=en&country=US

In this regard, the REIT Manager of CPNREIT will consider additionally investing in the remaining properties which have not been invested and will issue and offer the Additional Trust Units for sale once the capital markets situation is more conducive, as well as to inform the subscription period, the number of the Additional Trust Units, the offering price, and other details in relation to the issuance and offering for sale of the Additional Trust Units.
