SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to inform you that all the 168 funds (as attached) have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) per following details.

1. Amended to be complied with the Notifications of the SEC Office No. SorNor. 9/2564,SorNor. 29/2564 and the Notification of the Capital Supervisory Board No. TorNor. 11/2564. The change will be effective from 1 July 2022 onwards.

• Added Liquidity Risk Management Tools

- Liquidity Fee

- Swing Pricing

- Anti-Dilution Levies (ADLs)

- Notice period

- Redemption Gate

Applicable funds: All Funds except Liquidity Fee and Notice Period has been amended only for Feeder Fund and Fund of Funds

• Amended fund information disclosure to cover specific fund features and fund management guidelines. Removed SEC regulations and redundant information that already been disclosed in other relevant documents.

Applicable funds: All Funds except SCBRMUSA which already been complied to the new regulations

2. Revised minimum redemption amount from 1,000 Thai Baht to 1 Thai Baht. The change will be effective from 1 July 2022 onwards.

Applicable funds: Accumulative Class of SCBBLOC, SCBDAFUND, SCBGEESG, SCBROBO, SCBTMF, SCBASHARES, SCBCLEAN, SCBCHEQ, SCBPGFUND, SCBSEMI, SCBTRAVEL, SCBVIET and SCBWORLD

3. Added wordings to allow the fund to be able to invest in other SCBAM funds by 3 layers at maximum (Fund 1 → Fund 2 → Fund 3). The change will be effective from 3 October 2022 onwards.
