Due to the acquisition of Elwood Equity Index by CoinShares International Limited, the Master Fund has been renamed in accordance with the renamed Benchmark Index. The Master Fund still has the same investment policy and investment strategy.
The Amendment was approved by the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission on 9 November 2021.
