SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company), would like to inform unitholders on the increase in the registered capital of SCB Property and Infrastructure Flexible Fund (SCBPIN) which has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) for additional amount of 5,000,000,000.00 Baht from the existing registered capital of 5,000,000,000.00 Baht to be 10,000,000,000.00 Baht. This change will be effective from 5th July 2019 onwards.
