SCB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. as investment manager of the Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (DIF), Siri Prime Office Property Fund (SIRIP), CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNCG), Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund (PPF), Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF), Crystal Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CRYSTAL) and Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF), would like to announces the dividend payment, capital reduction and book closing for the right to receive dividend and capital reduction on the closing date of such registration book. The details are as follows.

Remark (1) The purpose of capital reduction of Crystal Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CRYSTAL) is to return excess liquidity of the fund caused by unrealized loss from revaluation in property, total amount of Baht 39,585,000.
             (2) The purpose of capital reduction of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF) is to return excess liquidity of the fund caused by unrealized loss from valuation in property, total amount of Baht 15,021,330.
