SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. as the management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) resolved that the Unitholders’ Meeting of CPNRF No. 1/2017 be held on 28 August 2017, from 14.00 hours (registration will be commenced at 13.00 hours) onwards, at Vibhavadee Ballroom ABC, Lobby Floor, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, in order to transact business in accordance with the following agendas.
