SCB Asset Management Company Limited (“SCBAM”) as the liquidator of GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GLANDRT”) would like to inform that  CPN REIT Management Company Limited (“The Company”) has notified The registration statement and the draft prospectus for offering for sale of the additional trust units of CPNREIT  (the “Additional Trust Units”) became effective on 26 February 2020. The Company has distributed the package of subscription for the Additional Trust Units to the eligible existing unitholders of CPNREIT and GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GLANDRT”) whose names are recorded in the unitholder registration books on 27 February 2020 (the “Eligible Existing Unitholders”), via registered mail. The Eligible Existing Unitholders may download the packages of subscription for the Additional Trust Units which has been disclosed on CPNREIT’s website since 6 March 2020 at this link (www.cpnreit.com) and/or the Stock Exchange of Thailand's website (www.set.or.th), as considered appropriate.
