This is to notify that the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the amendment to the Investment guideline of SCB Japan Small Cap Equity Fund (SCBJPSM) on 3 August 2018, details are as follow:

| Details about the investment policy and special character | Add a reserve message -The management company reserves the right to change the type and special character of the Fund in the future, either as a Feeder Fund or a direct investment fund to be invested in the instrument and / or foreign securities or as a Fund of Funds, provided that it does not raise the risk of investment. -This is at the discretion of the Fund Manager, depending on the market situation and for the benefit of unitholders. In addition, the Management Company will inform the unitholders at least 30 days prior to the change of fund type by posting on the website of the Management Company and Selling Agents (if any). |

Any unitholders who wish to redeem investment units prior to the effective date of the amendment will be exempted from the redemption fee.
