          SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to notify unitholders that SCBAM has obtained the approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC Office) on 7^th April 2021 to change the master fund share class of SCBUSSMFUND. Given the current fund size has reached the minimum subscription for the l share class which has a lower fee. The details are listed per below.

         This will be effective from 23^rd April 2021 onwards.
