SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) has launched IPO of SCBASF1YC3 during 30 November – 7 December 2021. However, by the end of the offering period there are less than 35 investors subscribing into the fund. SCBAM is required by SEC regulation to call off SCBASF1YC3 setup and will proceed cancellation process as specified in the prospectus.
