This is to notify that the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the amendment to SCB Global Income Fund (SCBGIN) and SCB GLOBAL INCOME PLUS FUND (SCBGPLUS)’s investment guideline on 28 June 2017 in order to comply with the Capital Market Supervisory Board’s regulation number Tor Nor. 38/2560: Investment of Funds (5th issue) to be effective on 28 June 2017, as follow:

In case investment of the Fund exceeds the limitation for 5 consecutive business days without additional investment, a report of breach must be submit to the SEC and the trustee by the 3rd business day next to such period. |
SCBGPLUS In case investment of Feeder Fund exceed concentration limit without additional investment, the Fund can continued investment. If the breach can not be resolved by 90 days, no further offering of units is allowed. |
In case investment of Feeder Fund exceed concentration limit without additional investment, the Fund can continued investment. If the breach can not be resolved by 180 days, no further offering of units is allowed. |
