SCB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. as the fund manager of Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (DIF), Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund (PPF), Siri Prime Office Property Fund (SIRIP), Crystal Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CRYSTAL), Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF),  CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNCG) and Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF), would like to announce the dividend payment, capital reduction and book closing date for the right to receive dividend and money from the capital reduction on the closing date of such registration book. The details are as follows.

Remark: *The purpose of capital reduction of Crystal Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CRYSTAL) and Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF) is to return excess liquidity of the fund, total amount of THB 14,157,000 and THB 23,421,300, respectively. The capital reduction caused by the unrealized loss from the asset re-appraisal of those funds.
