SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to notify the dissolution of SCB Dynamic 3 Fund (SCBDM3), the Fund is eligible for the dissolution of the Fund per indicated condition in the prospectus. Therefore, SCBAM will stop accepting redemption and switching out orders from 6 January 2022 onwards and proceed to liquidate the Fund.
SCBAM will automatically redeem all units on 6 January 2022. The proceeds will be reinvested in SCB Short Term Fixed Income Fund (SCBSFF) as following details;

*Unitholders are also entitled to SCBSFF’s returns on 13 January 2022
Remark: SCBSFF invests in both local and foreign government and corporate debt instruments. The fund may invest no more than 79% of its net asset in foreign securities and shall fully hedge its foreign exposures at all time. Unitholders may switch out or redeem investment units in SCBSFF on any business day.
