This is to notify that the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the amendment to SCB SMART LONG TERM EQUITY FUND (SCBLTS)’s investment guideline on 23 June 2017 in order to be consistent with the fund's management and investment portfolio and comply with the Capital Market Supervisory Board’s regulation number Tor Thor. 1/2555 to be effective on 23 June 2017, as follow :

Additional information: Management company will stop accepting subscription, redemption and switching orders (switch in) from 16 January 2012 onward in order to comply with the notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board. However, the management company may offer additional units after having adjusted the investment and amended the investment guidelines to be consistent with the criteria of such notification. |
The amendments to the investment guideline will make the Fund flexible to manage and manage risk by investing in derivatives such as future contract, providing the Fund’s status of securities holding in high proportion by not to adjust the securities holding ratio and can reduce volatility of stocks price, to be an optional investment for unitholders. (the original investment policy of the Fund) The management company intends not to offer more units to be in accordance with the regulation.
