          SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) has launched IPO of SCBASF1YC5 during 28 December 2021 – 4 January 2022. However, by the end of the offering period there are less than 35 investors subscribing into the fund. SCBAM is required by SEC regulation to call off SCBASF1YC5 setup and will proceed cancellation process as specified in the prospectus.
