          Reference: News announcement on 03 February 2021 No. CPNREIT 2021/02003 Re: Notifying additional information for unitholders who authorize custodian to subscribe for the Additional Trust Units on your behalf

          SCB Asset Management Company Limited (“SCBAM”) as the liquidator of GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GLANDRT”) would like to inform CPNREIT Management Company Limited (the “REIT Manager of CPNREIT”) will offer the additional trust units (the “Additional Trust Units”) of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT (“CPNREIT”) for sale in the number of not exceeding 355,557,300 units to the eligible existing unitholders of CPNREIT and GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust whose names appeared on the book closure date on 27 February 2020, the REIT Manager of CPNREIT will use the details of the eligible existing unitholders from the database as at the book closure date on 27 February 2020 for the offering of the Additional Trust Units.

          For unitholders who wish to authorize your custodian to subscribe for the Additional Trust Units on your behalf, and have changed your management company or custodian after 27 February 2020, please submit the additional documents as listed below to the underwriters for representing yourselves and for supporting the subscription.

1. Copy of appointment letter of new management company to serve as fund manager, of which the effective date of the appointment must be specified (certified true and correct)
2. Copy of appointment letter of custodian issued by management company, together with the relevant appointment letter of such management company (certified true and correct)
3. Copy of internal power of attorney of management company and/or custodian (as the case may be), in case of authorization for its personnel to subscribe for the units (certified true and correct)

          In this regard, the REIT Manager of CPNREIT has distributed the subscription package and the certificate of unit subscription since 2 February 2021. If the unitholders have not received such documents, or wish to check your subscription entitlement, please search at website: www.cpnreit.com.
