Reference:  News announcement on 02 February 2021 No. CPNREIT 2021/02001  Re: Notification of Effectiveness of Registration Statement and Draft Prospectus for Capital Increase of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT, and Subscription Period and Subscription Channels   

            SCB Asset Management Company Limited (“SCBAM”) as the liquidator of GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GLANDRT”) would like to inform that the registration statement and the draft prospectus for issuance and offering of trust units for capital increase of CPNREIT which has been submitted to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (the “SEC Office”) since 24 November 2020 become effective on 2 Febuary 2021.   The Company has distributed the package of subscription for the Additional Trust Units to the eligible existing unitholders of CPNREIT and GLAND Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GLANDRT”) whose names are recorded in the unitholder registration books on 27 February 2020 (the “Eligible Existing Unitholders”), via registered mail. The Eligible Existing Unitholders may download the packages of subscription for the Additional Trust Units which CPNREIT  has already disclosed on its website at  www.cpnreit.com. and/or the Stock Exchange of Thailand's website www.set.or.th , as considered appropriate.
