      This is to notify that on 26 January 2017 the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the amendments to SCB Treasury Money Open End Fund (SCBTMF) and SCB Treasury Money Plus Open End Fund (SCBTMFPLUS) in order to comply with the Capital Market Supervisory Board’s regulation number Tor Nor 87/2558, and SEC’s letter number Gor Nor (Wor) 1/2559 per the following details : (full document)

1. Amendments to investment policy 
   from the fund will maintain its portfolio duration to be no more than 3 months at all times
   to the fund will maintain its portfolio duration to be no more than 92 days at all times.
2. Additions to investment policy 
   from the fund may invest in asset whose remaining maturity is no more than 397 days
   to the fund may invest in asset whose remaining maturity is no more than 397 days except for reverse repo transaction where underlying asset can have remaining maturity of more than 397 days.
